Marvin Okello is the Diversity and Equity Inclusion Manager for the Halifax Wanderers FC and Jan-Michael Williams is the Goal Keeper coach for the Wanderers FC. They both joined a team of Dalhousie interviewers, Associate Professor and Academic Program Director, Deryk Stec, Career Development Coordinator Cindy Ryan, and Senior Instructor of the Rowe School of Business, Sam Taylor to discuss the recent Dalhousie and Wanderers partnership, the career paths they have taken to get in their roles with the Wanderers FC, the overall impact they have had on the city of Halifax and the desire they both have positively contribute to their communities.
