This course provides an examination of the interrelated topics of intercorporate investments, business combinations, consolidated financial statements, foreign currency transactions and foreign operations. The course also covers segmented reporting and not-for-profit accounting including fund accounting.
Cost Management
The major objective of this course is to develop a deeper understanding of the key topics in cost/managerial accounting and their management control implications. The selected topics to be covered include costing systems, cost-volume-profit analysis, control and performance evaluation in decentralized organizations.
